i found an ant in my bed as i was trying to sleep. cleanliness was average. the air conditioning didn't work very well.

the staff were super friendly and helpful i was really impressed our flight was late they gave us a late checkout that helped a lot the location is great right by the T station so getting around was simple
the hotel doesn't really have a dedicated workspace in the rooms

excellent stay!
comfortable room pretty street
the room was beautiful and comfortable. the location is fabulous, right on a pretty street. i found the staff to be helpful and professional. the restaurant was excellent.
i did notice that rooms were serviced late in the day. we returned in the late afternoon, and the room had not been cleaned. this made it difficult to relax.

My room had many amenities and was quite large. the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were well-appointed. i appreciated the overall cleanliness and maintenance. It was spotlessly clean.

the hotel has a very nice courtyard that offered a relaxing space. there is also a gym with modern equipment. the elevator service was efficient and well kept.
